Singapore hotels launch digitisation initiatives

Several landmark hotels in Singapore have launched digital transformation initiatives leveraging innovative DocMX technology, with the support of the Singapore Tourism Board. This includes Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre (IHG Group), Conrad Centennial Singapore and Hilton Garden Inn. These hotels have all engaged in digitisation to increase productivity and resilience, in the face of unprecedented challenges in the hospitality industry.

Collaborating with the forward-thinking teams in these hotels, DocMX enabled the automation of key operations in finance, accounting, reservations, sales and more. Digitisation initiatives with the support of the Singapore Tourism Board

This includes the redesign of business models to improve productivity and competitiveness in the long term.
